Babies Learn From Each Other
Did you know that babies learn from their interaction with other babies? That’s why it’s so important for a baby to have regular play with other children throughout the week. Next time you’re at a playgroup, watch the babies. You’ll be able to see them learning together the entire time.

It’s amazing to watch babies look at each other and try to imitate what the other baby is doing!

Absolutely right you are! I have two nephews and I had to care them for a long term. During that time I’ve followed their peculiar activities which was highly enjoyable at first look but after a while I marked an interesting thing and that is if one of them did any specific task whatever it was troubling for her another definitely followed the first one. I think it’s an instinct behavior of human kids. Thanks.

Donating Breast Milk
Have you ever considered donating breastmilk? Did you even know that you could?
You can donate milk with the help of a milk bank. Just like blood banks, milk banks provide a valuable resource. They focus on safety for the recipient, who in this case, are premature and sick babies.

Postpartum Care for Mom
Let’s talk about something you probably won’t get advice about from many people before you have the baby: caring for your vaginal and perineum areas in the days and weeks after childbirth.

I really wish I would have known ahead of time what type of discomfort to expect. All the reading and classes can’t quite prepare exactly what to plan for, every body is different. I will say though that sits baths and ticks pads with witchazel were lifesavers. The only other thing that brought me some pain relief was breastfeeding. It may sound funny, but it’s true. The hormones produced during breastfeeding are natural endorphins and help with the discomfort. Not to mention all the wonderful benefits to your baby!

Postpartum Depression or Baby Blues?
I’ve seen so many new mothers put extremely high expectations on themselves following the birth of their baby. They think they have to do everything “perfectly” when it comes to motherhood and don’t often give themselves any grace as a new mom. Those expectations, coupled with isolation and hormonal changes, can lead to emotions many women have never before experienced.
