Prenatal ClassesPrenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga: Led by experienced Prenatal Yoga instructors, these weekly classes keep you limber, tone your muscles, and improve your balance and circulation, with little, if any, impact on your joints. Yoga during pregnancy helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, and it readies you for the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood.

Mom and Baby Yoga

Mom & Baby Fitness classes at DayOne help new moms increase strength, using babies for resistance in addition to balls  bands. A fun class appropriate for all levels of fitness, moms must have verbal approval from their health-care provider to work out again, usually 6 weeks after delivery.

Mom & Baby Yoga classes are a popular way for new moms to return to their Yoga practice with their baby.  Designed for moms with babies 6 weeks old to pre-walking. Fitness Classes are held at our Palo Alto and Walnut Creek centers and are drop-in.
